Hi everyone,

I’m really anxious even writing this as I don’t want to think about it but last night I discovered quite a big lump in my left breast. It’s quite sore to touch, and I’ve got pain in my left arm too. I have really bad health anxiety so this is causing me a great deal of panic and I’m not too sure what to do.

Is it worth phoning 111 even to just get it checked out ASAP, or should I wait until Monday for my GP? My anxiety and worry is telling me to phone 111 but I’m not even sure if they’d be able to do anything and I feel like a nuisance. Sorry if this is a bit of a ramble, I’m just looking for any input or advice
