Enlarged breast waiting appointment

I have an enlarged breast, my right one is nearly double the size of left one. I have no definite lump but I am sore to touch for a few weeks now particularly behind the nipple. 
I was referred with red flag with family history and I have also been to breast clinic before but it was hormonal.
I am 44,  I underwent a full hysterectomy 2 years ago and I am on estrogen hrt patches since. 
i going tomorrow to the breast clinic but I was wondering has anyone has symptoms like this and what was outcome?

    Hi 

    thankfully I got good news. My enlarged breast and soreness in coming from Hormones/Glandular and they have said not a lot they can do with it. I am going to consult back my Gp and see about reducing estrogen patches from 100 and I have to keep the family history nurse up to date if gets larger. But I am very grateful that it was nothing sinister and I wish everyone on this forum Goodluck with their journeys.
