I don't know of an alternative to moviprep, sorry. I read a recommendation to drink it with a straw and that is what I did.

The bowel prep is easier if cold l put water in the fridge, l made it up with less water then drank plain water to make up the difference. It worked as long as you drink it any means is good. A straw can help. The runs that the prep induces are more of an issue for me. I was really glad when it was over, my GP thought I needed another colonoscopy 2 weeks ago but I seem to have dodged it as colorectal have not been in contact.  My husband’s friend was called back for another colonoscopy two weeks later and they found diverticulitis fortunately nothing serious to worry about.  I hope all goes well. 

Ive had that stuff and its not just the horrible taste its the amount you have to take ,you really would think by now there'd be an easier method ,especially the amount of colonoscopies that are carried out these days ,there's probably an easier method for the Elite but not for us ,just saying .

Thanks for the reply, i tried the straw. Think i will make up with less water then make up the fluids with just water

I made it up in a measuring jug and then gradually drank it through a straw, amount by amount, from the measuring jug.
