I don't know if I'm over reacting. I discovered a lump/swelling this time last week at the back left side of my Labia area, visible when Iook with a mirror. I decided to leave it and monitor any change. Today I have noticed a small pea sized lump on the swollen area, again visible when I check with a mirror. After touching it to see how the area felt (all soft apart from the little lump) I have had a few pains in my lower abdomen. 

I regularly have strange feelings in my lower abdomen such as pins and needles type feeling but never really thought about it, couldn't even tell you when it started. 

About 4.5 years ago after having my first child I had a bartholin cyst, I don't know if this is possible just something to do with that?

For the record I am only 32.
