I just wanted to welcome you - there are lots of us here waiting for appointments, waiting for results etc, so you are in understanding company. I’m also waiting for results currently, having had mammogram, ultrasound and biopsies on Monday, I’m afraid I can’t advise on the accuracy of ultrasound- and I wasn’t really given any indication of how likely the lumps were to be cancerous. I just wanted to wish you lots of luck and love for whatever lies ahead, and if you want to chat there are lots of us here who understand what it feels like to be waiting and worried xxx

thete is no way of knowing it’s 100 percent cancer until biopsy is back , however I think they see  certain characteristics on thd scans and they have a good idea . I was told Luke you at the point it looks suspicious and wei later it was confirmed.some breast clinics give you an indication others won’t say a word . I think some clinics sort of try to prepare you .

it’s a horribe time I reall feel for you , but if it’s good news brilliant if it’s bad you will be fine the fear of breast cancer is worse than going through it my diagnosis was July 22 nothing changed for me I continued to work out my Lippy on everyday ignored it like it wasn’t happening and I sailed through it , it wasn’t getting me no chance .

but let’s hope for you that this comes back normal xx

Sorry you find yourself here.

They don’t know for sure until they have the biopsy results.

However they see them day in day out and so recognise probability.

My ultrasound red flag was irregular edges.
