11 weeks of heavy vaginal bleeding

Hi my name is Casey in October I sadly had a incomplete miscarriage I bled until November 15th 2022 from the 16th November 2022 I had no bleeding whatsoever up until 14th July 2023 scared my period was never coming back I had multiple gP appointments and they said they are clueless they don’t know what’s causing this to happen on the 15th July I started bleeding heavily I have not stopped bleeding since then it’s now the 21st September 2023 I’m at my wits end with this not knowing whats going on not knowing why I’ve been bleeding for so long I’ve had multiple swabs taken and vaginal examinations done and still no answers of what’s causing me to be bleeding for so long I have loads of different medications etc none of them are helping

Still the gP are clueless and don’t know what’s going on I have had ultrasounds that show I have polycystic ovaries syndrome got diagnosed at the age of 13 years old but didn’t start my period until the age of 15 years old I’m now 21 years old and have never experienced something like this before I’m now beginning to be feeling down and low all the time and very sore down below from the pads and all the blood and I’m changing quite frequently I’m now becoming very fatigued tired having bad mood swings very nauseous feeling generally rubbish headaches feeling faint and I don’t know what’s causing it all it’s been 11weeks I’ve been bleeding this is not normal at all I want answers

I’m feeling so bad I want to end my life as I’m not getting awnsers

I feel like I’m being fobbed off constantly by the gP as they have no answers they won’t do a cervical cancer screening as I’m not 25 and I’m constantly bleeding has anyone ever experienced anything like this before as I’m scared and at my wits end ready to give up now as I’m not getting anywhere

Many thanks
