Hi all, first time posting and it's been a very strange few weeks! I initially saw my GP for unexplained weight loss, fevers/ night sweats and other symptoms. I did think it was down to my thyroid issue or possibly menopausal. After a number of blood tests, I've been told I have protein in my blood and they want to rule out myeloma, still awaiting a Bence Jones urine test for results. My ESR was quite high, along with a few other results that were slightly high. Now been referred for an urgent CT scan within 2 weeks. Not sure what to expect, I'm so anxious about it all, especially after Dr googling things!!
