Hi, my GP has referred me for a 2 WW referral to the beast clinic to check a lump, I have just noticed on reading up that there appears to be 2WW cancer suspected, and 2WW symptoms but cancer not suspected. My GP never mentioned which it was only that I would have my appointment within 2 weeks. Does anyone know what the difference is between the wait since they both seem to under the same 2WW umbrella.

my GO appointment was Wed at 5pm and already received a letter from the breast clinic to say I should have a date by Monday 11th.

thanks for any help I’m just confused as I know don’t know which category I fall under.
