Hello 

i first noticed these small lumps 3 years ago I put it down to genital warts but visited the doctor anyway who advised normal anatomy and not genital warts. A year later my smear test came back as hpv positive. Biopsy came back clear for cancer. Now the lump has grown to the point it protrudes out of vagina opening and have noticed a brown patch of skin on the labia also about an inch in length a patchy appearance but smooth texture just like the rest of my skin. 

I also experience spotting watery discharge and am very tired a lot of the time.

I will of course go to the gp but I’m stuck abroad at the moment so just looking for opinions.
