Hi there I’m probably being silly but I have severe health anxiety and today whilst putting on sun cream I came across this lump around my collarbone. It’s only on the left collarbone. When I run over it, it kind of feels like it’s moving or popping. It’s tiny, doesn’t hurt and I’m concerned it’s cancer. My mother died from breast cancer and her first symptom was a lump so I think I’m just panicking because it’s a lump. I’m currently on holiday so can’t phone gp until I’m back Friday. Any advice?
