Hi,

I noticed a lump in my neck a couple of months ago. I'm also very tired all the time and have night sweats.

I went to my gp a week ago and they referred me under the 2 week rule. I had blood tests the next day and an ultrasound the day after.

The bloods were normal apart from low B12. The scan showed clusters of lymph nodes on my neck ranging in size bur they commented "appears normal"

I then received a letter in the post from MacMillian with an urgent heamatology appointment.

So I guess my questions are

Can lymphoma show large but "normal" lymph nodes on an ultrasound and be lymphoma?

Can the bloods show normal apart from low B12 and be lymphoma?

Is it normal for the haematology appointment to be at MacMillian as I expected it to just be at the hospital.

The lump has increased in size since last week.

Also what are they likely to do on the first hematology appointment?
