I just wondered if this can be a sign of breast cancer? I have lobular neoplasia and have had the lesion excised and awaiting pathology results. I first went to the GP because my nipple was so itchy and she examined me and found a lump. At the breast clinic, they said the itch was completely unrelated but it seems like a bit of a coincidence to me! The itchy nipple also seems to slightly have changed shape, like there's a slight bump to it rather than it being completely round. I just wondered if anyone has had these symptoms? Thanks.
