Im  17 and for just more then a week I've had a sore throat and just yesterday i noticed a my lymph node was swollen. it all started when i got sick for just a day which i thought was down to paintballing which was really physical and tiring as i spent a full 7 hours doing it but now I'm just worried as this sore throat wont go away. i just want someone to tell me what's wrong because all google says is the worst thing possible
