Hey all, for 6 months I’ve had this lump on my thigh checked, US, MRI, biopsy and now been called to the hospital on Friday. When I asked if I need to bring someone they said: yea please do bring someone with you. 

is that like a standard thing they say to everyone or is it: bad news and you will need support type of thing in all your experiences?
