Hi!

Now, I could be very paranoid or am just being a hypochondriac, but I have been experiencing some symptoms lately that are linked to the above type of Cancer.

I feel extremely stupid going to my GP and saying this so I am hoping someone can give me some reassurance.

I have no lumps (that I can see, I have a fat neck) and I don't think I have lost any weight but not sure if this happens in every case. 

My symptoms are the following - 

- Drenching night sweats

- Extreme tiredness, feel like I could just fall asleep during the day

- Loss of appetite/feeling full after eating little

- Itchy skin, went through a phase of having random rashes on different parts of body, Doctors couldn't tell me what it was

- Pain in knees and back (last few months)

- Feeling light headed / dizzy
