I have been having symptoms on and off for a while but was only started to be taken serious in January. Sever lower back pain, constant need to urinate, pains after urinating inside having to press on my kidney to try and urinate, had blood in urine since may 2022 investigated bladder and kidneys only all came back ok. Started to get pelvic pain along side back pain and constant kidney pain. Nausea extreme fatigue gone from being unable to loose weight to loosing 2 stone in 9 weeks. Raised ca125 of 73 had ultrasound told there was 3 simple cyst on right ovary and one on ligament nothing to worry about also found benign lesions on liver and thyroid and 5 reactive lymph nodes in neck. Not had any biopsies for other ones just got to accept I have all these and nothings wrong which I did until I got a call for an emergency mri in 2 days time. Checked my NHS app for results and only 1 cyst been reported? Then received my gyno letter an overview at what was said and non of it’s the truth she says I’ve been dieting that’s why I’ve lost weight she said I’d said that I have no urinary problems no pain and I’m fit and well? I’m at a loss I’m 28 worried about all these tumours and unsure what to do or who to turn too
