Hi everyone, 

I had a Pelvic MRI in April to check an ovarian cyst. It took 11 days from between the MRI to the report being uploaded to my consultant. At the time they raised concerns it may be cancerous and was discussed at a MDT meeting. It was decided I would have a repeat MRI and CA125 blood test. 

I have had the repeat MRI and the report was uploaded after 6 days. Does this mean something is wrong/has confirmed it is cancer?

I haven’t yet had the CA125 blood test. 

I haven’t had any communication from my consultant or hospital about the MRI results. Does this mean it is ok? Or would they discuss it at the next MDT meeting first? 

I’m also seeing my consultant for suspected bowel cancer after positive FIT test and after a colonoscopy so I’m really highly anxious. 

I’d appreciate any insight or if anyone has been in a similar position.
