The 2 week wait referral always relates to suspected cancer, thats why its 2 weeks, if it was none cancer related you would be waiting months for an appointment. But it does not mean you have cancer, 8 out of 10 people reffered do not have cancer so try not to worry. Although I'm in the same boat and know its easier said than done

I suppose we all have thought that it is mine was just a normal looking spot on side of breast had ir for about 3 months no bother but last few days it's gone a reddy purple colour with a red rash round it and a lump beneath the actual spot,Dr said it seems inflamed and prescribed antibiotics but still referred me on the referral it says suspected breast cancer then access? Then cyst with a question mark
