37F who has sub muscular implants and is worried they might have IBC. 

so earlier in the week (Tuesday) I felt really tired and slept all day.
When I woke up on the Wednesday morning my right breast was really swollen. It’s not painful, but is quite warm, and can be a little bit itchy I’d been to the gym on Sunday and thought it might be sun injury but it’s Sunday night/Monday morning and the swelling hasn’t gone down at all.

no skin changes or nipple changes but I’m literally sick with worry that it’s IBC.

I have been to the breast clinic within the last 2 years for a scan on the same breast, and was told that there were no signs of breast cancer.
