Hello. So about 7 weeks ago I noticed a pain in my upper left abdomen.. it comes and goes and it’s not severe.. but then noticed my bowels have changed slightly.. I am a worrier so whenever I do become anxious it goes straight to my stomach. I had some stool sample tests taken in may as I was experiencing epigastric but that settled and now it’s come back again at times. I am so worried. My grandma died at 52 from this cancer and my great grandma and grandad have had it so it runs in the family. Just worried it’s something like this. I’ve not noticed blood as such but specks of red and freaking out it is blood even though it could be food! (TMI sorry) just so worried and wondered if anyone else has been through similar
