I saw my gp last Tuesday, no letter yet ! Our hospital is notoriously slow and the 2 week fast track system is flawed , I hope you have better luck , take care 

I got my letter through email through the patients know best. Have you checked your emails? I'm from the east mids. Where are you?

East miss too, Lincoln, not heard of patients know best system, they don’t have my email but said they would phone my mobile. 2 weeks out from referral on Monday so will notify gp if nothing on Monday.

I think its something I signed up for on the NHS app ages ago. Yes defo contact gp! I got a letter by email on Thursday but didn't see it till Friday. Went to the gp on Wednesday so actually thinking about it, it was next day! 

Have you had an appointment yet?

No nothing, gutted, Phoned on Wednesday after receiving a letter to say phone the hub and when they answered 40 minutes in a queue I was told that they were sending me an e text with an appointment but couldn’t tell me for what date or even when they were going to send, will be 2 weeks and a day on Monday so goingto see if gp will get involved if nothing arrives next week. I’ve had cancer twice in other areas and it was never this frustrating.Thanks for asking ,hope you get some good news.A friend of mine has just gone through everything, lost both breasts but is now on cloud nine as she was a double g so she wasn’t bothered.

I'm so sorry to hear you've had cancer twice already! You would think that with your medical history they would be rushing you through! I would phone the gp tomorrow and chase the referral up, tell them that because of your history it is really affecting your mental health and its not right to just leave you hanging around in limbo! 

I'm in Nottinghamshire so not too far away from you, I've just spent the weekend in ingoldmells which I'm sure is in Lincolnshire! Surely the guidelines can't be that different from where I am and where you are. I got told id hear in the next week about an appointment and actually got a email the next day so chase it up and make sure its not got lost or gone to the wrong place

Not too bad then! Mines about a 5 minute drive away. How you feeling about it? I'm nervous. Are you taking anyone with you? Ill be going on my own
