2 weeks on since Mammo and still waiting for results 

I chased it and they say it’s normal for gp referrals to take around 4/6 weeks for results and most will then have ultrasound.

i asked would i have known by now if bad but they said doesn’t work like that. They just go in order of referral

they said prob looking at beg of September for appt but if any more test needed will do on the same day so least that’s something.

I fine with it all but its just the waiting.

When I went to the one stop I had a mammogram and ultrasound and biopsy. I asked and they said suspect cancer and a week later the appointment confirmed it. Just waiting to see if its aggressive or not so know the treatment plan. Took me far longer to get a doctors appointment as in weeks 

Sorry for your diagnosis Where i live they dont do one stop clonic so all a waiting game for now

apparently used to do it but they do a mammo first then everyone gets a call back regardless and they do ultrasound and biopsy id needed x
