Hello

A suspicious mass was found on an ultrasound but not felt by me, i had actually went about the left breast and turns out theres a 7mm mass and also found 1 lymph node change,  core biopsy done on both. Under the family history screening

Question is  could there be anything else thats not cancer can cause breast mass and lymph node change,
