I was told that my lump looked suspicious, on first an appointment 7 days later confirmed cancer .

Sorry to hear that, i hope you are doing ok? I'm thinking my news will not be good either, esp as mum had breast cancer at 43. Im preparing for worse case news

I think they can see the character of the lump and try to prepare o knew by they faces the room changed I knew what was coming .

my diagnosis was July22 I’m fully back to normal life now thankfully 

when do you get results ?did you get biopsy , ?

i find out on Tuesday with the Breast team ? Which worries me also , had biopsy on breast and lymph gland last friday so been a long wait   

I had lumpectomy and sentil node removal one sentil node came back positive so I then had full auxiliary node removal on 2nd op removed 30 nodes they came back clear sounds horrible and  traumatic but it wasn’t that bad at all to be fair I sailed it made sure I shade as normal as possible. I then had radiotherapy no chemo x

The lady who took my biopsy just asked if i brought anyone with me, i was by myself. And this time didnt mention cysts , like they had a few years previous?

I stupidly went alone too didn’t think I would have had any problems I didn’t feel any lump only a heaviness so was a total shock , I was also told to bring someone with me to next appointment xx maybe if she didn’t say that to you it could all be ok xx 

Same as me, thought i would be in and out , i went about a lump i felt in left breast which she said sge could not see on ultrasound, but saw one on right one which i never felt, so was more shocked with that news and obv the lymph node

I saw the Breast clinic and got my results, sadly i have been diagnosed as invasive carcinoma , having surgery on the 9th. Least the wait is over xx
