Had my first ever mammogram about 2 weeks ago...and at the time the lady said some people are called back after their first.

So yesterday I received the dreaded recall letter...

I called, and a very matter of fact person at the end of the phone said all I can say is there is something to look at in my left breast..Its next Wednesday.

Can't eat, can't do anything...feel awful...my mind is racing to worst case outcome...

Please could you share some advice..
