Hello,

I had a scan on Thursday because my inflammation markers are high. Im post menopausal and been on hrt since Feb.

I've had a text from the GP to say book a telephone appointment within 4 weeks.

I struggle with anxiety so am panicking. This seems a good sign right? Nothing to panic about?

HI there X Sounds positive, when I had my scans when I had abnormal bleeding (im on HRT still in Peri only got to 7mths no bleed) They found changes in womb lining and I was put on fast track referal to Gynae Had to have biopsy done all clear but was done quickly. So I wouldnt worry X Do keep up the regular checks when your offered though they may scan again if you experience and future changes X

Thank you so much for replying.

I've got my appointment on Thursday. The receptionist said they'd "only" detected raused white blood cells. My blood tests showed this too.

Raised white blood cells shows infection I think so could be anything anywhere X But the body can often fight these infections without any help X BUT always best to get it checked out XXX So much changing in our bodies around Menopause Stay positive XXX
