Biopsy of vulva - what could this be?

Hi looking for advice

I had a lletz after my smear came back abnormal, the results came back good last month and I was told I would need a repeat smear in 6 months

since then my vulva has been very sore and bleeding, my GP sent me back to the hospital today and they have took a biopsy of my vulva

what could this be ? All I seem to do lately is wait for results of biopsy and tests but I am confused about what could be wrong with me

It's good that you went back to your GP about these problems, but you won't know more until your next appointment, which I hope will be soon. In the meantime, you can read more on the possible next steps after the biopsy here.

My results came back as VIN3 highly concerning

I have an appointment with colposcopy clinic next week, colposcopy was who did the biopsy

am I having another one or discussing treatment for VIN3 I’m really worried I would prefer to know what the appointment is actually for.

do they do other things in the colposcopy clinic ?
