Breastfeeding & nervously awaiting biopsy results

Hi everyone, new to the group and this is my first post. After some advice from anyone who (sadly) has experience with breastfeeding and help with what questions to ask at my upcoming biopsy results appointment next Thursday. TIA!

I'm 36, and currently breastfeeding my 8month old and occasionally my 3.5yr old. I found a lump in my left boob a few weeks back, saw the GP, and quickly got a referral to hospital with the breast services team.

That appointment was last Monday, and although the consultant initially felt it and thought it was a fibroadenoma, when I had an ultrasound that was ruled out and they quickly decided to take 3 biopsies from this 1 lump.

Ive been told the mass looks suspicious, hard and oddly shaped. Although my breast tissue is very busy anyway from breastfeeding, this mass is distinctly different and appeared white on the dcreen. It didn't deflate or leak when biopsy taken, which would've indicated a cyst (?), and the consultant said I'd need to come back for a F2F as soon as results available and to bring someone. Obviously thinking the worse with what sounded like not good feedback.

Questions and things I'd like help with please;

1) what type of questions are good to ask in the biopsy results appointment? To be prepared is it a good idea to have questions prepared for whether it's benign, undetermined or cancer?

2) I'm terrified how this will affect my breastfeeding journey?! More so for my baby who is still so dependent on me for feeding. And it breaks my heart to think that journey could be cut short, selfishly. How would a cancer diagnosis affect my breastfeeding? Would I immediately have to stop? Is feeding dangerous to my baby?!

Thank you if you've got this far! And thank you for any advice you can give. Terrified for my results and equally terrified how it may affect my BF journey when my baby is so young.
