Hey guys. So I've been feeling unwell for about 7 months. Nausea constipation bloating feeling full and exhausted. I got referred to gasto and nothing unusual found to be causing these symptoms. My eriod also went strange about a year ago so I had a transvaginal us. First one found a bleeding cyst but it was assumed to to be a functional one and to be reviewed in three months. That was in May. Since then this cyst has grown and I've made a private appointment to have it looked at further as nhs suggests a 15 month wait list. Anyway the referral letter has freaked me out and I was wonderin if anyone could reassure me or give me a heads up that this might be a malignant diagnosis I'm headed for. The letter says:  left distended ovary with septated cyst 5cm with septum 1.4mm. There are multiple echos within the cyst and a small echopoor lesion with evidence of colour flow (15mm). Should I prepare myself for bad news. More recently I've been feeling stretching and burning in my low r abdomen and groin. I've also been itching and tickling skin for the past few months. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I have a private appointment on Wednesday and I was hoping I could ask for a biopsy? Is that a thing? Or what might happen at the private appointment?
