Hi guys 

I’ve come on here for some advice as I’m really confused! Few weeks ago I’ll say around 8 weeks or so my mum had a ca125 test done which was 176. She then had an USS end of May which showed a mass and then a CT scan the following week that showed a mass on her left ovary. We then had an appointment with the gynaecologist doctor who said he doesn’t think it’s cancer but can’t say for sure. So the plan was to discuss mum in the MDT meeting the following Tuesday which unfortunately my mum wasn’t discussed in due to some error. So we were told come in the next day and they’ll do a laprascopy and take a biopsy so that was done and sent urgently. It’s been 7 days and still waiting for the results. We’ve know been told that next Tuesday there will be another MDT meeting and they’ll discuss the plan. They couldn’t discuss it this week as the biopsy results were not back. I’m just getting frustrated as it’s been so many weeks and there’s no plan yet. I don’t understand why a hysterectomy surgery hasn’t been done first and then biopsy from that. I just feel like we keep waiting
