Hi, so sorry if this is absolute waffle I am just looking for any advice on whether I should go to the GP about this? (I don't want to waste their time)

I've noticed 2-3 little dimples/dents in my skin sort of In between / on the inner edge of my right breast? At first there was only one and now there's three I think? I'm not sure if it's significant at all, I don't know whether it's worth getting it looked at. 

They look like small dimples/dents like a bit of skin has been taken out? 

Any advice on whether this is normal would be so appreciated
