Uodate. My GP did a good examination and look and didn’t it was anything to worry about but she wanted to refer me to the breast clinic to be sure. I have that on Thursday and I’m pretty scared. I’ve also now got a little red blemish on the same boob in a different place. It’s not scaly or itchy but im now freaking out. Can’t think of anything else tbh! Trying to think it’s been hot, could be a sweat thing or whatever but of course down a whole hole of worry now. Roll on Thursday for better or worse! 

How did this ever turn out? I’m having the same symptoms 

Hi. I went to the breast clinic and had a physical exam, mammogram and ultrasound. There was nothing found. The doc thought it was caused by loose skin from my boob size fluctuating due to HRT. I ho e you get similar news. ️ ️ ️

Thanks for your reply and glad to hear it was okay. I really hope so too. Have my appt this Tuesday morning and honestly am dreading it. Trying to keep positive but it’s hard as I have very bad health anxiety too. Can only see this dimple/dents when I look from the side in the mirror with the right lighting. Can’t feel it if you get me. 

Sounds very similar to me but it really is best to get it checked. I was terrified! Wept at the clinic more than once. But ultimately if it had been something then it was better to know. You have my total sympathy and love. I just tried to write myself some parameters for each day- I’ll only google symptoms 3 tones today, I’ll remember I trust my gp and she thought it would be ok, I’ll go on a 20 min walk today etc etc! I also set up a good pal to text while I was at the clinic which helped.

Thanks so so much that means a lot to me all of it. I can’t feel any lump so if there’s one there I’m hoping it’s tiny and my doc couldn’t feel either but I know they are quite lumpy and always have been. I find myself really worrying and oaniciking at times and other times I’m not so bad but it’s always creeping in the background. Forums have helped a bit but trying not to obsess over them either. Did your boob size fluctuate much? I had a baby 7mo back and my boobs have changed they aren’t as firm but I didn’t breastfeed although I know pregnancy itself and the hormones and change etc xx

Yes because I’m on HRT, my boobs changed size month to month with the hormones. So the doc ultimately thought it was stretched skin causing the mark. Xxxx

Hi quick update & thanks so much for well wishes xx had my consultation today & he wasn’t concerned at all couldn’t feel any lump and didn’t think the dimple was concerning either but for my own peace of mind ordered US scan for a couple of weeks away, so all in all it was positive, will update when I get my ultrasound appt etc xx
