Hey there I’m just looking for some advice please,

I found a rash on my neck about 8 weeks ago and then discovered the first lump in my neck 2 weeks ago followed by another 1 week ago and another another 4 days ago and the newest one today, none larger than a pea or fingertip, I had been having other symptoms for over a month of bruising and becoming more breathless etc. I was seen by a doctor urgently 5 days ago who ordered a blood test to help rule out blood cancers, they have came back ‘normal’ although upon request for the specific results to be emailed they still haven’t and haven’t spoke to a doctor about the results. I booked another appointment to discuss next steps to finding out what they are but the only space isn’t for another 9 days and it’s over the phone. Could it still be cancer even with normal blood results? Should I press to be seen sooner, I’ve been so stressed and worried and I don’t know how to handle waiting 9 days to see if they want to test further-I can’t sleep or focus at work
