Hi there,
So I popped a post out last week and TLDR:
- I'm 24
- Have a lump in right upper quadrant breast
- It's hard and very mobile
- Had an ultrasound and biopsy, nurse/dr said it was "abnormal" and likely a fibroadenoma or a benign tumour and very unlikely to be cancer
- Today marks 9 days since my biopsy and I had a call from hospital to say that the consultant wants to call me today to "prevent me from having to visit the hospital"
Just wondering, when people found out their results do they normally get a phone call? I don't want to get my hopes up but also don't want to not hope at all, I don't know whether to consider this a good/bad sign or if it's just standard practice?
Thanks in advance!
