Spotting after a bowel movement or straining?

Hi everyone,

just coming on here to see if I should push my GP for tests, I am currently under gynaecology for suspected endometriosis and will be having surgery in august/September for confirmation and treatment if needed.

i have this new symptom of bleeding when I strain to have a bowel movement and get left with a heavy period pain across the front during this, I had a normal smear in nov 2020: I am just worried as I am just in a lot of pain and this radiates down my leg when I feel full and heavy in my front. Should I be asking for a repeat smear or just waiting for surgery for confirmation of the endometriosis?

Just to add last may I did have an urgent ultrasound as my gp felt my stomach and my uterus felt swollen so she had concerns for endometrial cancer but scan was ok although they didn’t do internal as I was bleeding very heavy to the point I had bled all over the bed so this was just a ultrasound on my stomach:

I am 29 and have children so feel I get over looked at gp or hospital.

thank you :)
