I am not sure why this is happening but I had a look on the page on our website on the LLETZ and it mentions that you might have bleeding and discharge for about 4 weeks after having a LLETZ and that you "shouldn't use tampons or have sex during this time to reduce your risk of infection". I am not sure when you started having sex with your partner after the LLETZ but perhaps you should get in touch with your GP and give details as to when you resumed sexual activity with your partner and explain that this has been happening. Your GP will be in the best position to tell you what this excess water might be and give you medical advice. Don't be embarrassed though about sharing this with your doctor - they are used to dealing with situations like this every single day and will have the expertise to tell you what has caused this excess vaginal lubrication. 

I hope that this gets sorted soon and that all will go back to normal quickly.
