Hi All,
I went for a general health check in Asia in May, and got contacted today that my thyroid gland ultrasound has found an irregular shaped hypoechoic nodule that requires further follow up.
As I'm now back to the UK (I live and work here since 2017), I'm not sure what to do.
Is it OK to bring up to your GP ultrasound results that's conducted & analysed overseas? I'm hoping that GP will then refer me to a specialist. My Company offers private healthcare but I need to check whether these pre-diagnosis will be covered by the private insurance.
Would appreciate any input as a bit clueless now on the next steps.
Thanks a lot for your help.
