Hi I am in the exact same situation! What I did is booked for an appointment with GP (mine only accept online booking so I attached the translated report too), mentioned it could be a cancer and doctor asked for a surgery. Then GP called me asked for more detail about my report and family history, etc. and then referred me to the doctor. It's 2WW path so I got appointment within 2 weeks.

Because I didn't have the report in my hand, the doctor only asked the lump size and arranged another ultrasound scan for me (still waiting...). If you have it in hand they might use it as a reference, but I still think they want to have a scan here. And he said treatment only required for larger lumps (>1cm), for smaller lumps even it's cancer they won't do treatment on it, just observe it regularly. So don't worry too much about it.
