Hi everyone.I was referred to the breast clinic for an urgent referral last Friday and I haven’t heard anything yet. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the appointment through? Also if it’s by phone or post?I’m so scared and desperate for the appointment. I had breast pain, underarm pain, bleeding from the nipple for the last 2 months. I went to my local urgent care and they found a lump. I just want to know when the appointment will be/ be made.thank you

I just call the clinic, my referral was ‘lost in the system’ and now there’s no appointments until week commencing 26 June! I really don’t feel I can wait that long as I’m in a lot of pain and so worried.
Oh no that’s long , can’t you just say you are in pain to try and bring it forward I went private I could t wait it’s not for everyone but my nerves were shattered so had to
I wa so upset when they said that. I’m looking to private appointments tonight as I can’t live with the worry for another 3 weeks! Im going to call my doctors and se if they can refer me to another clinic but I think I will be going private
