Colposcopy, biopsy, Lletz to Hysteroscopy help please

Hello

I am going out of my mind so I did my smear as always have done I’m 29, came back abnormal, letter said urgent referral treatment required however I get there he did a punch biopsy and said I have rare cells mixed with precancerous cells but said he can not say if it’s cancer and will go to MDT meeting with the scans to discuss my treatment.

can anyone shed any light on what’s going on as google just says cancer but I believe this is not always the case. 
i did quiz the Dr that carried it out and he did look concerned also said it covers a large area so won’t be able to do any treatment awake so felt like he knew things that he would not say. 
 

any similar experiences bad and good or some advice please

    I had a situation very similar to this last year. Following the MDT discussion I was informed it was stage 1A1 cancer cells. A further lletz treatment was done and then the option for hysterectomy was discussed. I decided to have regular 6 month checks instead and all has been fine so far hopefully it continues.

    Hello 

    thank you for your response I'm sorry about your diagnosis and preying mine is not, but also just hate the wait and rather know, they have said I have to get Hysteroscopy at the same time as Lletz under general did you do this? 
    I was told my biopsy results are CGIN and CIN 3 but not signed off by doctor so can't tell me no more I assume until after the mdt.

    I did not have to get the hysteroscopy as the cells were within the margins of the cervix. Originally they thought mine were CIN3 I still have CIN 1 cells but they are just being monitored as apparently they can reverse. 

    Hopefully you aren't waiting too long and it is good that they are doing the hysteroscopy and being thorough you will have peace of mind

    Hiya,

    thank you for your response, I am so worried I really think there is more to this and I got a letter today with my biopsy results stating CIN 3 and high grade CGIN but would like to go to MTD to get an actual diagnosis so I'm lost, so My Lletz is booked 14/06/23 and MDT meeting 09/06/23. 
    did they tell you after a MDT your diagnosis?
