Hi

I dont know how factual this will be but I would have thought they would offer investigations based on symptoms if you have any that may point to the reason for high CA125 and then they would offer scans etc in relation to the area of symptoms. 

If you have no symptoms it would be quite difficult for the GP to know where to refer and what for I would have thought. 

Hopefully you would have had a phonecall by now and your gp has started ball rolling with something.

I was asked to do a fit test as well as ca125 both were elevated so I was booked in for a hysteroscopy and a colonoscopy but I got the all clear from both they did find I had Diverticulitis and a polyp which they removed during the ops plus biopsies which were ok as well .

Hi thank you for replying.  My GP has ordered urgent pelvic ultrasound and redo of my CA125 test I do have some discomfort in my lower abdomen and he thinks it needs looking at due to my mum developing OC.  I'll know more soon thank you once again x

Hi there thanks for sharing your experience with me it's good  to know people are out there and care enough to reply.  I've been referred for an ultrasound and blood test so  I'll know what's going on soon with any luck x
