Im 27. Tonight I've been in the bath and for whatever reason decided to check my breasts, something I've not done before as since having my youngest son 1.5yrs ago anyone including myself touching my breasts makes me cringe!

I felt a lump, however it isn't obvious from just running my hands across my breast. I have to squeeze them to feel it and the lump is mirrored on my right breast in the same area but not as big. 

this has then of course got me googling, and I've seen some other signs of BC. Which made me remember- randomly when on holiday 2 weeks ago I took my bra off to find my left nipple inverted- something that had never happened to me before and took me by surprise. Didn't think anything of it at the time. I also remembered that I noticed about 1.5months ago when trying on a bra I noticed my left breast considerably larger than my right. Again, didn't think anything of it however my breasts have always been the same size for as long as I can remember.

my aunty on my dads side had breast cancer at 43. 
not sure what im hoping to get out of this post, of course first thing tomorrow I'll be going to the drs, but anyone have any experience with the above symptoms and whether it turned out to be a positive or negative test?
