High Stool Levels

Hi All, 

I took my mum today for her test results and we were advised her stool sample showed as very high risk for Cancer and her bloods reflected this too. Has anyone had this and it not be cancer? bowel cancer does run in my mum's side of the family with her mother and grandmother both passing away from bowel cancer. I am really hoping and praying someone messed it up and all will be ok. :(

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I can understand this must be concerning - presumably your mum is booked in for further tests to provide the necessary information. If so I hope you're able to get this soon - I know the uncertainty is difficult to deal with.

    In the meantime if others here have similar experience to share then hopefully they'll be along soon.
