Hi so I was refered to breast clinic in March finally seen in April then due to mess up with hospital had to wait untill a week ago for an ultrasound.
The can feel a walnut sized lump and took a sample of my nipple discharge.
My ultrasound was clear no lump seen but apparently fatty tissue it said breast but not my other one which I found strange.
I've now recieved a letter stating I need to come in for an appointment to see an oncoplastic surgeon they won't give me any information why and obvs I'm confused after being told they couldn't see a lump? Can the sample they took of my nipple discharge show them something g the ultrasound didn't. They lump is very obvious to touch and has been felt by the registrar and my gp.
The women who done my ultrasound was 20 mins late I was just laid in the room waiting then she rushed it the ultrasound took 5 mins on both breast which I found concerning apparently I'm too young for a mammogram.
I'm now sitting here panicking as no one will explain to me what's going on keep telling me it can't be done on phone and I have to come in
