Hi I'm 16 and I've found a long lump on the right side of my clitoris it's itchy and I've got an open sore on the left near my vaginal opening which is healing, most of my vagina is itchy also, the lump has been there for about a year and hasn't grown, it's not visible at all, there seems to be a cluster of tiny lumps around it... I'm so scared it's vulva cancer it's not in the right place for a bartholins cyat and it's solid and won't move. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be???
