Hi feel silly posting this but after looking on google ( I know worst thing to do ) but I'm now worried behind my ear I get a lump that comes and goes I think it's next to or on my right gland with really bad headaches blurred vision with floaters in it pain down the right side of my neck and was wondering if anyone had experienced this before
