Yes, definitely get it checked. Could just be an infection or something, but you won't know until it's investigated. Hope it all turns out ok for you. We're all here to help and support while you wait, so do check back in whenever you need to. Sending a hug, Amy x

I am sorry to hear of your symptoms and agree with Lara and Amy. We are always told to get any changes in our breasts investigated. Please phone your GP tomorrow morning and arrange to see her/him urgently.

great you have a appointment 

my experience was a mamogram , ultrasound then biopsy this was all done with ease they make you very welcome and very comfortable.

im not sure of this is standard or as they saw something on mammogram they then carried out the biopsy .

my results were 7 days later which sadly was breast cancer for me .but that was last July seems like it never happened now

With me it was mamogram first I think it depends on age for mamo , but mine probably looked suspicious so they did the others , but I also asked straight out did they think it looked suspicious I was told yes x
