As you are worried about these black specks in your stool, I would suggest you give your GP a call and explain as well that you have had abdominal and pelvic pain in the last 3 weeks. Try not to worry too much as there are so many conditions which could explain these symptoms but it's important to talk to a medical expert about this. It will also be the best way to get reassurance or some clarity on what is causing these black specks and the other symptoms you described.
