Hi all. 

I'm really freaking out, I have found a hard, solid lump in my groin on the left side, it does not hurt and I can not move it. I have just had loads of blood test done due to running fevers and low blood pressure etc... no infection found, and I have a full gynaecology examination. I was just starting to feel relieved, until this evening when I came across this after showering. I'm now convinced I have cancer in my lymph nodes. 

Has anyone else ever experienced this before.
