Biopsy imminent, been told I may have stage 3 ovarian cancer

Hi this is the first time I have posted feeling a little nervous , I went to the dr because I thought I had a hernia and he sent me for a scan which then kicked off another scan internal and external and blood tests,and of course mri and ct. they found a mass on my ovary my ca125 level was over 4000 and they think that I have stage 3 ovarian cancer I have a biopsy booked for 30th of may and I am so scared now i am numb ...

    Hi there. I had a 30cm ovarian tumour and high ca125 reading. I had a hysterectomy and removal of omentum and was on the cancer pathway. It was all benign. Unfortunately I’ve just had a mammogram recall and am reliving the fear all over again. I wish you well and understand the numb with fear sentiments

    Hi thanks for getting back to me. I think its the fact they have asked for a biopsy to be done before the surgery which i have read isnt usually the case especially when booked in for full debulking s urgery. I hope all goes well with your next tests .

    I had 2 long weeks post surgery awaiting the biopsy results. At that point I had myself ready for chemotherapy and whatever else. Just like now. I hope everything works out for you. At the minute I have every symptom Dr Google can give me. My husband is taking my phone at night.
