I have developed some lumps in my lymph nodes, on each side almost symmetrical, they don't appear very large, no more than 1cm, but pretty hard and painless

im 30, have no other side effects what so ever and after a week on antibiotics no change. I'm not usually one to worry, but I have never been so fearful, only heightened by self diognosing myself on Google.

Has anyone else had this or something similar? They just seemed to have appeared out of nowhere and I'm in very good health otherwis.
